I love the question,
“If you could celebrate one person at work, who would it be and why?”
It is one of the many curious questions from the Connect Box from Daniela Falecki.
It is that time of the year when we say thank you to the people in your team, in your community, in your classroom and really any supporters who make your vision shine brighter.
However, when you look behind the scenes there are a few people, maybe even one, who understand the enormity of what it takes to create the magic that inspires, progresses, and grows the vision.
They are the doers of your ideas. The believers in your belief. They are worth celebrating. Acknowledging their efforts. Praising their strengths.
In my world, I would like to celebrate my Personal Assistant and her amazing talents. She translates my verbal, thought bubbles into amazing models and presentations. She schedules and organises activities that make a difference to the people we serve. She loves to embark on new learning adventures.
To you Chantelle Penny, I celebrate your talents and strengths. Thank you.
Now is the perfect time to acknowledge the special professional person in your world who shines your light brighter. Maybe go a bit further than just a few words.
